Today, I embark on a new mission: to record our growth as a band via the oh-so-popular blog site. I have chosen blogger due to its simplicity, although I still find myself considerably confused. Ugh, social media foils me every time.
Anyway, last night was lovely as we performed at Burro Bar with Austin-based Little Lo and local songstress Stacey Bennett. I ended up hosting the out-of-towners for the night and lemmietellyah - that's a solid group right there. After hanging out with them that evening, I definitely understood how all of their personalities could blend into such an inspiring on-stage presence accompanied by thoughtful and moving sounds. I wish them the best in their musical journey!
Und jetzt, I will continue my day, which has already been quite fortuitous, as the crew and I enjoyed chai lattes, the riverwalk, 5 Points antique shops and random 1/2 off vintage sales. Mm, Saturdays : )
